1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of Roja Malar Matrimony's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To register and use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (21 years for males as per Indian matrimonial norms).
• Be legally eligible to marry under applicable Indian laws.
• Not be currently married unless legally divorced or widowed.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be deactivated without notice.

4. Profile Guidelines

All profile content must be genuine and accurate. You must not:

• Provide false information, fake photos, or misleading details.
• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself.
• Use the platform to advertise, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law.

Profiles are subject to review and verification by our admin team. We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile that violates these guidelines.

5. Membership & Payments

• Membership plans are offered on a prepaid basis. Fees are charged at the time of purchase.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated, unless there is a verified technical failure on our part.
• Interest fees paid for sending match requests are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change plan pricing at any time. Existing active plans will not be affected during their validity period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use our platform to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other members.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Collect personal data of other users for any purpose outside of matrimonial matchmaking.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems or services.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to extract data from our platform.
• Engage in any activity that is unlawful under Indian law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding on this platform are the exclusive property of Rojamalar Matrimony. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without prior written permission. User-uploaded content (photos, text) remains the property of the user, but by uploading you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for matchmaking purposes.

8. Disclaimer

Rojamalar Matrimony provides a platform for matrimonial introductions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted profiles, nor do we verify every detail beyond our standard admin checks. We do not guarantee that use of our services will result in a marriage. Users are advised to independently verify information and exercise due diligence before proceeding with any relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roja Malar Matrimony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, harm resulting from interactions with other members, or service interruptions. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the membership in the preceding three months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• You violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false or fraudulent information.
• You harass or harm other members.
• We receive credible complaints about your conduct.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your profile will be removed from public listings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Commission Charges

As part of our matrimonial services, a commission may be applicable based on the successful completion of the matrimonial service or marriage, as applicable to the selected membership/service plan.

Commission Rate

The applicable commission rates are as follows:

• Men: 2% commission
• Women: 1% commission
